1. Right of Withdrawal & Return Period In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within this 14-day timeframe for an exchange or a full refund.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Returned with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

Note: Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exceptions & Defective Items We strive for the highest quality. A replacement or immediate refund will be issued if:

• The item received is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing fault.

• You received the wrong size or item by mistake.

• You were charged twice in error.
