Refund and Return Policy
1. Nature of Products Nexus Prime sells digital (intangible) products and services. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned once they have been delivered and accessed.
2. Refund Conditions In accordance with regulations on the sale of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun (i.e., once the download link has been clicked or access has been used). By making a purchase on our site, you expressly agree to waive your right of withdrawal.
3. Exceptions We value customer satisfaction. A refund or exchange may exceptionally be granted in the following cases:
The digital product is defective or the access link does not work, and our technical support has been unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
You have been charged twice in error.
